The Inn at Punta Mala

The Inn at Punta Mala is located on the road to Punta Mala which is a famous location because it used to be where the Americans had a military base. This base is now the home of Mireya Moscoso, former president of Panama that is originally from Pedasi. Enter through the road in El Limon and take a left when you get to the fork. If you go right you will go to the gorgeous beaches in Destiladeros. This road was recently repaved. It is best to have your own car or rent a car in Pedasi to stay at The Inn at Punta Mala.

Owners Libia and Yeti are quite friendly. They live on site and they will be the ones serving you breakfast which includes chorizos which are a local specialty. There is free parking available on site. Property has a nice pool to cool off from the heat in Pedasi. An indoor common area is located right next to the pool with tables and hammocks. The garden around the pool is full of tropical plants since Libia also has a plant nursery.

The Inn at Punta Mala is an adults only location which means guests need to be 21 and over to stay. Pets are also not allowed. All rooms are for two guests with a large double bed or two twin beds. There is no option for adding additional beds. All rooms have private bathrooms with showers. This is a non smoking property so that means smoking is not allowed in rooms or outside.
